What kills me about this article is the talk of “annulments”. People get married for months and months and then get annulments not divorces. What gives? My first marriage crashed and burned after only 9 months. It was embarrassing and very sad but we divorced. There wasn’t even a question of pretending that we had grounds for an annulment. You fall in love you get married it doesn’t work out you suck it up and divorce you don’t make up some reason for an annulment so you somehow come out looking better than you think you would have otherwise. ???
