Not so much into domain buying rather small established sites with traffic. The fact that some of the names are quite good and their several years old makes them a steal at $50 a pop imho. I try to reinvest a little of my earnings each month might be some script or some sites but something that will pay off in the long term.
Just wanted to say the transaction went smoothly and the seller is an honest guy. I might be approve in for some more soon.
